Magic:Really?

There's the automaton of Hugo. This very article crafted out by him.Really? Not just vanshing into the thick air, but getting people into believing that indeed coffee can be transformed into money,(Not exactly alchemy huh? The performer begs to differ) David Blaine-the contemporary magician-and many others alike have understood the very basic thinking process of the human mind. Add to this some common sense with a tinge of scienctific knowledge and there you go, you have been served: the very ancient, beer like art intriguing every soul that ever came into contact with it.
Man has found pleasure in literally every act of his. The mere sense amusement, joy and hysteria-though subjective-can be derived by him even in the depths of despair. So profound did this trait of his become that it eventually saw the introduction of a greyscale bound by science on one side and fantasy on  the other. A greyscale which encompasses the ideas, imaginations and the creativity of a few. These thinkers have defied and defined new limits to human imagination and they have intituitively understood the underlying principles of  this multidimensional-jittering world.
Magic,an art according to me, has been successful in engulfing every living being that has ever witnessed it. Ironically I think that magicians have always wanted to be ahead of their time,be able to achieve or at least show others the same. This urge tempts some  to potray to others that they are indeed able to bridge the gap between theirs actions and their words. Some do it. A few, the magicians, at least manage to convince others the same. I dont mind that. Neither those who are fooled. So blind their audiance becomes that they enjoy being duped-some enjoy even after being aware of it,others are...well... just amazed at their dumbness. The mere visual appearance of a mundane act tickles and taunts the audiance's brain and sets them up to track the genesis of the illusion.
These magicians are able to see the other side of the coin. The sleight of hand, act of levitation, dissappearances etc enable them to make the impossible the improbable. Each of their acts are just the outcomes of their insight into the human psychology and the basic sciences. An epitome of inception and mastery of art in itself yet so earthly with its secrets spilled into the masses magic continues to weave its magic and remains elusive (it has to otherwise its purpose would be defeated).
